On May 7, 2009, Ravi Patel, President and CEO of Patel CFO Services, made a presentation on "Pay for Performance" to a group of CEOs at a meeting of Renaissance Executive Forum in Northridge, CA.

Patel spoke on the basic components of a Pay for Performance Program, issues to consider when designing a program, and reviewed an actual case study of a company where such a program developed by Patel has been successfully implemented.
